Set in a stunning office with the latest technology and systems this is truly an office you will want to work at.
The Role:
Working in an established Property Management team you will work with a senior Property Manager and a skilled Property Manager to lease new business and re-lets in the East. This dynamic and fast paced role will see you responsible for:
6 - 12 months experience in a similar role would be ideal however this is not an essential if you come from a strong service background and hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration.

The Role:

- Advertising all vacant properties online
- Co-ordinate open times
- Prepare leases & carry out lease sign ups
- Follow up all phone & email inquiry from prospective tenants
- Process rental applications & references
- Manage Saturday & mid-week opens
- Manager repairs and maintenance
6 - 12 months experience in a similar role would be ideal however this is not an essential if you come from a strong service background and hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration.
- Impeccable presentation & communication skills
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A clean driver’s licence & reliable car
- Good understanding of the leasing process
- Mature, team player
- A generous salary package up to $70,000

- Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week!
