This is a genuine step‑up opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager ready to grow. You’ll gradually take over a residential portfolio currently managed by the Department Head, with close guidance, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you transition confidently into a full Property Manager role within 18 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing a residential portfolio of 150 structured support
- Liaise with Landlords & tenants confidently and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections
- Utilise Property Tree, Inspection Express, Tapi, and Inspect Real Estate (IRE)
- Work closely with the Department Head to build capability and confidence
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Outstanding attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to take ownership while working within a team
- $80,000 - $90,000 package
- Clear pathway into a Senior Property Manager role
- One‑on‑one mentoring from an experienced Department Head
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Monday to Friday only
- Office hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
