The Role:
Using your exceptional people skills, the core focus of your role is to grow the property management department and will include
- Prospecting for new managements
- Maintain and grow database of potential clients
- Promoting property management services
- Presenting to potential and existing landlords
- Leasing of new and current rental properties
You:
A friendly personality and strong communication skills are essential in ensuring success in this role. A proven successful background in real estate, sales, marketing, tourism or hospitality would also be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Manly area
- A proven track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Current Driver’s License and operational/roadworthy motor vehicle
