Our client is an rapidly growing Project Sales Group in Sydney. They have highly effective advertising strategies in place which is generating a huge amount of leads. They urgently require an experienced Call Centre Manager to efficiently distribute these potential opportunities to their experienced and motivated project sales agents.
 
The role is based in modern offices in Petersham, and it offers the opportunity to work with a young, motivated, and focused team with ambitious plans to become the best in the market. They are seeking a strong team to help them achieve this goal.

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Manage and motivate a call centre team
• Lead by example with your connections and bookings
• Monitor team performance & provide coaching
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise lead generation
• Weekly reporting to Director and SLT

Experience needed:

• Proven experience as a Call Centre team leader with property experience
• Strong understanding of call centre strategies and techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the capability to lead by example
• A driven and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

• Base salary to $70,000 + super
• Commissions on personal and team performance
