The Role
- Source on and off-market commercial properties
- Build relationships with investors and industry professionals
- Conduct market research and due diligence
- Negotiate acquisitions through to settlement
- Deliver outstanding service and investment advice
- Commercial property experience in the Sydney market
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate
- Attractive base salary + uncapped commissions
