Commercial Property Manager

Your Day-to-Day
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a mixed portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• Managing lease administration, rent reviews and arrears processes
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Handling both residential and commercial leasing activities
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Representing matters at tribunal when required

What You Bring

• At least 3 years' experience in property management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear and professional communication style
• A proactive, accountable and self-managed approach
• Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Must have experience in Property Tree
