We're recruiting for an organised and proactive Committees Executive to join a highly respected membership organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, committee coordination and keeping projects running smoothly in a professional, collaborative environment.
The Role
- Coordinating committee meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Building strong relationships with committee members and industry stakeholders
- Supporting governance activities, elections and committee projects
- Planning meetings, workshops and member events
- Providing high-level administrative support across multiple committees
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding member experiences
- $85,000 - $100,000 + Super
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
- Monday to Friday
- Modern CBD fringe office close to public transport
- Supportive team with genuine career development
- Work alongside respected professionals within the real estate industry
- Previous experience in committee or board administration, stakeholder engagement or executive support
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and industry professionals
- Experience within a membership organisation or professional association will be highly regarded
