We are on the lookout for a high energy and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a thriving coworking community on Sydney's Lower North Shore. This unique role combines team leadership, facilities management, member engagement, business operations and event coordination within a collaborative and highly regarded workspace environment.

This role sits at the heart of a thriving coworking community. Working alongside a fun, supportive and highly engaged team, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for members, fostering a welcoming and connected environment, leading the team, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the space run smoothly.

 Responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Oversee the front-of-house team and ensure procedures are followed
  • Respond to all office sales & virtual services enquiries
  • Create great relationships with current tenants
  • Proven ability to drive occupancy, memberships, and growth
  • Staff hiring, ongoing training & performance reviews if needed
  • Property & Facilities Management – ensure all works are up to date
  • Maintain maintenance register & compliance
  • Liaise with contractors regarding any other works to be completed
  • Monitor late rental payments and chase arrears when necessary
  • Annual rental increases & renewals
  • Organise furniture for end of lease & new leases
  • Coordinate member and company events throughout the year
  • Assist in Annual Budget preparations
  • Reporting to Board on the business operations
