This is a hands-on Contract Administrator role working closely with the Project Manager and site team, keeping contracts, costs and subcontractors running smoothly across the build.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hire and manage subcontractors from tender through to completion
- Review and process progress claims and payments
- Manage variations and keep a close eye on project costs
- Support reporting and budget tracking
- Work closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Keep everything organised, compliant and moving forward
- Currently working as a CA in construction (residential high rise essential)
- Solid attention to detail with a commercial mindset
- Confident working across multiple moving parts
- Easy to deal with — can build strong relationships on site
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
