About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with subcontractor letting and package administration
- Support variations, progress claims and cost control
- Prepare RFQs and review trade submissions
- Keep project records up to date across Cheops and site platforms
- Work closely with the commercial and delivery team on day-to-day project matters
- 1–3 years in a CA or Junior CA role within construction
- Exposure to mid-rise or high-rise residential projects in Sydney
- Working knowledge of Cheops; Procore, Aconex or Jobpac well regarded
- Able to read drawings, scopes and subcontractor quotes
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high standards
