Early Works Foreman

With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for project delivery, our client is seeking an experienced Early Works Foreman to lead the critical groundworks phase of a landmark development in Castle Hill.

The Role:

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all early works activities including:

• Excavation and bulk earthworks
• Piling and shoring works
• Service relocations and civil infrastructure
• Traffic management and site logistics
• Coordination of subcontractors and plant operators
• Site safety, quality and program management
• Liaising with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders

About YouTo be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as an Early Works Foreman on high rise residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of excavation, piling, shoring and civil works
• Excellent subcontractor management skills
• A proactive leadership style with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to drive program outcomes and maintain site productivity
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
