This is a high-visibility EA role in an established, growing real estate business. You’ll be the person who makes sure nothing slips, everything is followed through, and the Director is always prepared.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Director’s diary, meetings, and priorities
- Stay on top of emails, actions, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Be the key contact for vendors, buyers/purchasers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and meeting materials
- Support sales administration and broader office operations when needed
- Maintain accurate records in Agentbox and related systems
- Coordinate internal/external meetings across Sales / PM / Admin
- Spot bottlenecks and improve workflows
- Naturally proactive (you anticipate, you don’t wait to be asked)
- Fast, organised, and calm under pressure
- A confident communicator—phone, email, and in person
- Obsessed with detail and follow-through
- 2–3+ years in an EA / senior admin / operations support role
- Experience supporting a Director/Principal/senior leader (ideal)
- Real estate experience is highly regarded
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365
- Systems experience highly regarded: Agentbox, PropertyMe, Trello
- Up to $100,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays if needed
- Training, development, and real ownership
- A role with pace, trust, and impact
- A true one on one role supporting high performing Director
