Job description

As the backbone to this million dollar agent in Sydney’s affluent Upper North Shore, this role is pivotal to the success of this agent and their team!

A confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, your ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently. You will be an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and confident in making judgement decisions when something needs to be escalated.

The Role:
  • Full calendar and email management 
  • Answer and direct phone calls on Directors behalf
  • Business and personal administration and errands
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
  • Assist with event management including staff and client functions
  • Coordinate of technology and IT requirements
  • Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns with the support of an administration assistant
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Reporting and Database Management
  • Back up property marketing and administration
 
Skills & Experience:
  • You are outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • You MUST have proven experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry
  • You are comfortable making judgment decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated.
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain competing priorities, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • You will be calm under pressure, have exceptional planning skills and organisational ability, attention to detail and natural ability to "read" the person you support
  • You will be resourceful and flexible
  • Social media and tech savvy
