Finishes Foreman

This major Tier 2 developer-builder is delivering multiple high-rise residential tower projects across Sydney and continues to strengthen its impressive project pipeline. With more than 10 years of secured work and over 5,000 apartments in delivery and planning, this is a genuine long-term opportunity for a Finishes Foreman seeking stability, career growth and exposure to landmark residential developments.

Based on a high-profile project in Rhodes, you'll play a key role in driving the finishes program through to successful completion.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate all internal finishes trades across a high-rise residential tower project
• Oversee fit-out, defect management, quality assurance and handover processes
• Drive program outcomes and ensure works are completed to required deadlines
• Coordinate subcontractors and site labour to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and manage rectification works where required
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and broader delivery team
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and site presentation

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on high-rise residential tower projects (essential)
• Strong understanding of residential fit-out and finishing trades
• Experience managing defects, QA processes and apartment handovers
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work fronts simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
