KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination
• Supervise trades and ensure work is completed on program
• Maintain site safety and quality standards
• Assist with sequencing and logistics on-site
• Step in to lead small sections of work when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year experience on residential / Commercial high-rise projects
• Previous Leading Hand or strong Foreman experience
• Good understanding of site operations and sequencing
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
