Job description

Due to internal promotion we are seeking a Leasing and New Business Assistant to join a highly regarded and supportive team within a large, succesful agency on the Lower North Shore.

The Role: 

Working within the New Business team, you will support the Business Development Manager to enable the department to achieve consistent growth. A busy and varied role, responsibilities will include: 

- Leasing of new properties and relet of existing 
- Weekly marketing for both new business properties and the department 
- Prepare marketing collateral for department 
- Open homes and private inspections 
- Processing of rental applications 
- Ingoing inspections 
- Lease sign ups 
- Landlord communication


Experience: 

- Current Certificate of Registration with up to date CPD points or real estate license 
- Minimum 6 months experience within the real estate industry 
- Excellent communication and outstanding customer service 
- Team player with a positive attitude
