As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating the leasing process for the office's local residential portfolio. This includes managing inspections, offers, negotiations, and the finalisation of tenancy agreements. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and upholding a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- The 360 leasing process: open homes, applications, reference checks, all relevant admin.
- All phone and email enquiries relating to your role.
- Advertising and general database management.
- Utilising Console and Agentbox to streamline all processes.
Essential Requirements
- Current Certificate of Registration, valid Drivers License and reliable car.
- 6-12 months experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proactive attitude, solid communication and immaculate presentation.
