You’ll lead the onsite leasing function during initial lease‑up, working closely with operations and community teams to deliver a standout resident experience from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the onsite leasing function
- Conduct inspections and handle all leasing enquiries
- Oversee applications, approvals and lease documentation
- Supervise and support a contract Leasing Consultant during peak periods
- Deliver a high‑touch, professional experience for prospective residents
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing (senior level)
- Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Experience mentoring or managing junior/contract staff
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised, professional and process‑driven
- $100,000 + super + commissions
- Permanent role with long‑term career progression
- One site, one team, structured workdays
- No driving between properties
