Marketing Coordinator

We are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join this recognised local property development Group who have a solid pipeline of exciting projects currently online and many more to launch. As the new Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the marketing campaigns for numerous residential project marketing campaigns working alongside the Senior Branding/Marketing Manager. This will include but will not be limited to managing print and online media bookings, campaign schedule management, production and management of printed collateral, and identifying creative ways in which to position new projects to market, push the brand and interact with potential purchasers.


The Position

• Upload and continually manage all online listings on the external websites (i.e. Domain.com.au, Realestate.com.au) ensuring all listings are up to date, accurate, regularly refreshed and dominant above competitors
• Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, briefing graphic designer, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to sales team
• Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including scheduling on site shoots, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms
• Coordination of marketing suppliers, including media agencies, creative agencies, printers, furniture supplies, stylists, photographers and more
• Ensure display suites and apartments are fully stocked with required collateral and always well presented
• Upload and maintain websites ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
• Manage the corporate social media accounts including responding to customer enquiries and uploading meaningful and relevant content in order to grow the business online profile
• Assisting the Project Directors in the day to day operations of running projects
• Coordinating functions, event launches and family fun days
• Coordinate corporate marketing initiates such as branded collateral

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes & experience:

• Minimum 1 year marketing experience in a similar role in the residential real estate/property industry
• Previous experience in residential project marketing is advantageous
• An interest in or passion to pursue a career in project marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and multi-task across various projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work well unsupervised and autonomously
