Marketing Executive

Our client is an award winning home builder that is based near Prestons in Western Sydney. Privately owned and built on family values & quality, they boast a high staff retention rate that has been created through collaboration and career opportunity. With continued growth and success they are now looking to bring the marketing function internal and have created a new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the team.
 
The Role

Working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager you will:

• Plan and coordinate, along with external partners, to execute successful marketing strategies and  activities
• Support the development of promotional campaigns
• Data management and analysis
• Organic social media preparation and execution, including some content preparation
• Media buying
• Maintaining and meeting budget requirements
• Provide support to the sales team in order to deliver a holistic marketing strategy
• Planning and managing photoshoots
• Monitor and analyse marketing data and results
• Support and create strategies to develop brand awareness

 
Your Background 

• Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role - construction &/or property marketing experience would be considered highly advantageous

Skills:

• A well developed understanding of the creative, digital, social, print and media platforms
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Be able to think different and challenge the status quo to offer creative solutions to deliver excellent results
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment while meeting deadlines  
• Capability to work both autonomously and as a team
