Sitting at the centre of a boutique buyers agency, this Operations role will see you supporting the Managing Director and working closely with a team of 11 across commercial and residential property. It’s hands-on, steady, and ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, structure, and ownership.

This boutique buyers agency is based on Sydney’s Lower North Shore and has built a strong reputation across commercial property, including buyers advocacy and asset management.
Led by highly experienced Directors, the business also has an established residential arm, offering well-rounded exposure across the property sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Managing Director with coordination, compliance, and day-to-day operations
- Manage office operations, suppliers, and general upkeep
- Assist buyer’s agents with agreements, CRM updates, and admin
- Process invoices and accounts payable via Hubdoc
- Coordinate meetings, onboarding, and internal events
- Background in Office Manager, EA, or senior admin roles
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities
- Experience with CRM systems, DocuSign, and accounts processes
- High attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues
- $100,000 salary
- Direct exposure to experienced, hands-on Directors
- Stable, long-term role in a growing business
- Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm only
- Close-knit team of 11 with strong staff retention
- One RDO per month
