PROJECT SALES AGENT

We are working with one of our long-standing clients who is a locally owned Development Group that has been building within the Sydney metro market place for over 30 years. With a steadfast reputation and a vast range of over 1000 already completed stock as well as over 2000 off the plan stock in the pipleline we are looking for an experienced Project Sales Agent who can come in and get to work selling straight away. With a sound marketing department within this group there are plenty of leads as well as current database of buyers to get you on your way! This group offers great team camaraderie, ongoing training and development to further your skills as well as a great level of flexibility.

The role:

A pure Residential Project Sales role that will have you working from various sites throughout Sydney metro area selling residential projects. This role does require weekend work, but two days off in place of working weekends is on offer to ensure you some brilliant work life harmony.

Experience:

• Solid sales experience in real estate or other field
• Sound knowledge of the Sydney property market
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
• Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
• Confident on both phone sales and face  to face sales
• Get a buzz from closing deals
