Role:
Reporting into the Head of Property Management, each day will see you engaging with all stakeholders to maintain relationships the portfolio and maximise results. Some of the duties of the Property Concierge include:
- Liaise with tenants vacating to book in professional services
- Welcome all tenants over the phone and discuss setting up their connections
- Meet new tenants at the property for lease sign up and hand over keys
- Make outbound calls to existing database to review connections
- Discuss and develop a plan for renovations with landlords
- Liaise with and schedule trades to meet project deadlines
- New management inductions with owners
- Are passionate about delivering a high level of customer service and always go the extra mile to achieve the best possible result for your clients
- Have a bubbly and confident personality
- Must be incredibly organised and can keep up with changing deadlines and multiple schedules
- Will always be presented in a professional manner and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management or renovations skills will be highly desirable
- Hold a current Certificate or Real Estate Licence
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Monday to Friday role only

- Base salary up to $65,000 + generous commissions
