Situated in an enviable location, this longstanding agency will expose you to some of the most affluent properties available in the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Inner West and Lower North Shore. This office operates purely on Property Management with a small, shared portfolio of 300 properties.
The role:
With an established and successful Property Management team, our client are currently looking for a new Property Manager to join their team. This role will see you share a portfolio of 300 properties and involve all facets of Property Management, without the added stress of accounts.

The role:
With an established and successful Property Management team, our client are currently looking for a new Property Manager to join their team. This role will see you share a portfolio of 300 properties and involve all facets of Property Management, without the added stress of accounts.
- Handling repairs & maintenance requests
- Ingoing, outgoing & periodic inspections
- Liaison with Tenants & Landlords
- Advertising vacant properties & attending opens
- Process application forms & conduct reference checks
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and a clean driver’s license
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely with a small team
- Work with a small, tight-knit team
- Ongoing support and training provided
- Attend social events and team outings
- Monday – Saturday with day off in lieu
- Salary package to $80,000 (depending on exp)
