The role:

A pure Monday to Friday role looking after their prestige portfolio of 100 properties all based on the Upper and mid North Shore. All of your usual property management duties will include:

• Landlord and Tenant contact
• Repairs and maintenance
• Renewals and reviews
• Arrears management
• Periodic condition reports
• Bond & insurance claims
• Tribunal attendance when necessary
• There are no accounts, BDM or leasing with this role

The Candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years Property Management experience with relevant certificates
• Will be fun & outgoing and know how to laugh
• Be customer focused and committed to giving great customer service
• Proven skills in building strong rapport
• Able to work alone as well as part of a great team
• Approaches their job with enthusiasm and a smile
• Confident in suporting other team members when needed
• Will have strong knowledge of the Tenancies Act
