The Role:
This role will encompass all aspects of running this tidy portfolio of 125 properties with no accounts, leasing or BDM and full administrative support provided.
- Client management of landlords and tenants
- Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
- Rent reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
- Manage arrears for your portfolio
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears and bond management
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Process insurance claims as required
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have a positive and client focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
- Have at least 18-24 months experience in property management
- A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
- Be a team player with a great energy to manage the internal and external out of office aspects of the role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
