The Role:
- Work in a large, efficient Property Management department
- Manage a portfolio of up to 240 properties (depending on experience)
- Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Bond lodgements
- Liaising with Landlords/Tenants and Tradespeople
- Assisting with rental arrears
- Assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals
- Assisting with tribunal preparation and attendance
- Assisting with insurance claims
Skills & Experience recquired:
- 1-3 years real estate property management experience
- A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
- Monday - Friday
- Own reliable vehicle
- A team player with a good level of energy to manage the internal and external out of office aspects of the role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Genuine passion for property management
