Property Manager

We are working on an incredible opportunity for an experienced Property Manager! Our client is well respected in their local Lower North Shore area and has strong property management procedures that position them at the forefront of leading industry practice. You'll love coming to work everyday in alongside this vibrant and buzzing Property Management team!
 
The role:

• All aspects of Property Management
• Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
• Ingoings and outgoings 
• Carry out routine inspections
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Arrears management   

The candidate:

• Will have 2-4 years experience managing their own portfolio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a great work ethic
• Immaculate presentation
• Knowledge of the Lower North Shore is highly desirable
• Hold a current certificate of registration and clean driver's license with own reliable car
