This Property Manager role will see you manage a shared portfolio of 500 properties with the support of two Property Officers, a Senior Property Manager, and additional help from a very hands on Principal that can handle any accounting or escalated issues as required. The Role:
This Property Manager role will see you manage a shared portfolio of 500 properties with the support of two Property Officers, a Senior Property Manager, and additional help from a very hands on Principal that can handle any accounting or escalated issues as required. - Outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections
- Leasing
- Applications
- Tenant and Landlord communication
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- On board new managements
Experience Needed:
- At least 2-3 year's experience working in property management
- A strong Property Officer who is ready to manage their own portfolio is encouraged to apply!
- A current certificate of registration or real estate license
- Flexibility to work one Saturdays a month
- A clean driver’s license and reliable car
- Knowledge of Console Cloud highly desirable but not essential
