Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of apprx 160 well-maintained local properties
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and tenant onboarding
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Collaborate with a VA to streamline admin tasks
• Deliver a premium, consistent service experience
  
  

Skills & experience

• 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• NCAT exposure advantageous
• Current Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence
