Property Manager

Based in Sydney’s Hills District, this established group is taking advantage of some of the fastest growing house pockets in Sydney. On offer is a great opportunity for a rewarding long-term Property Management career. 
 
The role:
 
This Monday – Friday role (with rotating Saturday) calls for a motivated and experienced property manager to manage a residential portfolio up to 110 properties, or a Property Officer ready to step up to a Property Management position will be considered. Some duties of this role include the following:

• Manage all Landlord communication
• In/outgoing and routine inspections
• Prepare for and attend tribunal
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Arrange & send inspection letters
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
• Arrears management

Experience:

• Experience managing a residential portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A clean drives Licence and reliable car
• Knowledge of Console preferred
• Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills
• Solid knowledge of the residential tenancies act
• A genuine passion for Property Management!
