Property Officer

Our exciting Client is a renowned Property Group located in the Double Bay area. Looking after some of the country’s most prestigious properties they are looking for a Junior Property Officer who has the ability to liaise with the high-end owners and tenants associated with this portfolio.
 
With a mixed property portfolio including Residential, Commercial and Retail they are looking for someone who has their Certificate of Registration and is ready for a longstanding and successful career in Property Management!
 
The role:

• Prepare tenancy packs and leases
• Conduct routine inspections
• Show properties for lease mid-week and some Saturdays
• Follow up all phone & email inquiry from prospective tenants
• Process tenancy applications
• Answer phones, collect mail and general admin duties

The ideal candidate:

• Comes from a background in Travel, Hospitality or Real Estate
• Has excellent customer service experience
• Holds a valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Has thorough knowledge of areas in the Eastern Suburbs
• Possesses exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Always presents themself in corporate attire
• Is eager for a long-term career in the Real Estate industry
