Property Officer

Our client is a part of a National Franchise group with successful offices on the Upper North Shore. They are experts in both Sales and Property Management and have a highly successful team and reputable working environment that offers a wealth of experience and knowledge to support your career in property management. 

The Role: 

Working under the Senior Property Manager and Department Head, you will be assisting with the management of a portfolio of 200 properties. Your duties will include: 

• All aspects of leasing including showing properties and processing applications 
• Repairs & maintenance 
• Routine inspections
• In-going & outgoing inspections 
• Tenant inductions and lease sign ups
• Assisting with rental arrears
• Mon-Saturday with one day off during the week

The Candidate: 

• Will hold a current Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential)
• Own reliable vehicle and clean driver’s license
• A team player with a high level of energy and drive to succeed!
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Immaculate presentation
• A genuine interest in property management
• You will have 6-12 months of experience working in real estate
