Receptionist

Our client is a well-known performer in the residential Real Estate Industry and renowned for their professional and brilliant reputation as well as having loads of fun along the way.

Currently looking for an experienced receptionist from the Real Estate industry to join their efficient team. A rare opportunity to work within an extremely well operated environment with constant training, progression and development on offer to climb the career ladder.

The role:

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, helpful manner
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly
• Keep the front office neat and tidy at all times
• Upload open for inspection times to website
• Manage the key register
• Liaise with tenants and landlords on behalf of the Property Managers as required
• Assist the Property Management department with administration duties

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least 12 months experience managing a Real Estate reception desk
• Will be immaculately presented at all times
• Is a team player with the willingness to help wherever you can
• Holds outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a positive & ambitious attitude
• MUST hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration
