This role has become available due to internal promotion, with loads of ongoing training and mentoring, there is great scope for progression within this team.
As Receptionist your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle all incoming calls and direct accordingly.
- Greet clients and welcome them to the office.
- Action, respond to and direct emails.
- Assist with administration tasks to support the sales team.
- Office supply management
- Maintain tidy front desk area at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well-spoken with a great phone manner
- Strong client service skills
- Immaculate presentation at all times
- Can work well in a team and individually.
- Monday to Friday
