Receptionist

If you are outgoing and vibrant, customer focused and are looking for a long term career in Real Estate then this could be the perfect role for you! Due to internal promotion, we are working with one of our longstanding clients in securing them a brilliant new Receptionist to join their team.

Working with this fantastic boutique office within a stones throw of Military Road in Neutral Bay you, you will take control of their front of house and support their property management team with all their administrative needs.

The Job:

Each of your days will be varied and no two days will ever be the same. Some of your tasks will include:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Meet and greet guests to the office with a smile
• Admin support to the property management team
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Mail collection and distribution
• Work with Property Managers on compliance
• Invoicing tenants for usage
• Prepare new tenant packs

Candidate Must Haves: 

• An outgoing, incredibly efficient & friendly personality
• Proven experience in a customer service-based role
• Corporate presentation with strong verbal communication skills
• An absolute "can do" attitude & able to work as part of a team
• A NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain immediately
