Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Preparing signboard drafts and marketing materials
- Uploading listings to online property portals
- Assisting with sales and leasing submissions
- Preparing agency agreements and correspondence
- Database management and CRM upkeep
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional material
- General office administration and team support
- Minimum 2–3 years’ administration experience
- A creative flair for marketing and design will be highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and confident phone manner
- Ability to multitask and work proactively
- Experience with Surga CRM and CampaignTrack is advantageous
- Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Certificate of Registration highly regarded but not essential
- Up to $80,000 package
- Monday to Friday only
