Residential Services Manager

We are working with one of our longstanding Aged Care clients in their search for a new Residential Services Manager in one of their prestige aged care residences based in Castle Hill. This company believes in giving the most incredible care for their residents and only people who have exemplary customer care skills with empathy for the elderly should look at applying!

The role:

Reporting into the Director of Care services each of your days will be busy and will include the following:

• Manage a team to effectively run the Residential Services
• Lead a team who care for the elderly residents of the residence
• Responsiveness levels for residents are maintained
• Maintain sales activities to ensure strong occupancy levels
• Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Ensure compliance of the facility.
• Work with finance team to deliver residence budget
• Build, lead and manage the Residential Services team
• Coordinate and manage residence events
• Work with Director of care to ensure all needs are met

The ideal Candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in customer service management
• Proven ability to build, manage and develop teams
• Practical experience in budget management
• Clear thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• High levels of motivation and initiative
• Strong empathy levels with good levels of patience
