The role:

This passionate and successful sales agent is looking for a strong minded, motivated and sales driven associate to help grow their team. A great opportunity if you are already in the industry and wanting to step into a sales associate role, then we want to speak to you!


  • Providing sales administration support
  • Be involved in the complete sales process
  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Listing presentations and appraisal preparation
  • Open for inspections and buyer appointments
  • Buyer enquiries and call backs
  • Database management
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
  • Handling email and phone enquiry
  • Social media management
  • Assisting with the marketing and advertising campaigns 
 


 The ideal candidate: 


  • A true passion for real estate sales!
  • MUST have strong administration and organisation skills, be able to multitask
  • Experience as a lead generator or in a business development role preferable
  • Local Central Coast market knowledge favourable
  • You love networking! Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Positive, hardworking attitude, get in and get the job done attitude 
  • Tenacity, resilience, and drive are all essential
  • Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence mandatory
  • Out of industry applicants with relevant experience will be considered
  • Is driven, focused, and wanting a long term career in Real Estate
