Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful Director within Sydney's South East, supporting a busy and high-performing sales business.
We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years' real estate sales experience who is ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of an established sales team.
About the role:
Working directly alongside a successful Director, you'll be involved across the entire sales process, from prospecting and appraisals through to campaigns, open homes, buyer management and settlement.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn from an established industry professional, strengthen their sales skills and continue progressing towards a successful long-term career in real estate.

Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting cold and warm calls to prospective clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
- Managing and nurturing the sales database
- Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
- Conducting buyer callbacks and following up enquiries
- Attending open homes, private inspections and auctions
- Supporting property campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and client information
- Providing day-to-day support to the Director
- Developing strong relationships within the local community
Skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential real estate sales
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate or similar
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Confident and professional communication style
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, driven and results-focused
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced sales environment
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A genuine desire to build a successful career in real estate sales
- Work directly alongside a highly successful Director
- Salary package open and negotiable based on experience and results
