Sales Manager

About the Role:

As the new Sales Manager you will lead a team of 9 across two North Shore offices in a hands-on sales leadership role.
You’ll stay active with some listing and selling in the market while lifting team performance and accountability.
Well-established dual office Residential Real Estate business with strong foundations and room to refine operations.
Ideal for someone who enjoys structure, momentum, and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and run weekly one-on-ones with the sales team
• Maintain your own listings and pipeline while setting the pace for the group
• Track KPIs, budgets and overall performance across both offices
• Implement and refine sales systems, processes and workflows
• Act as the link between leadership and the sales team

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in residential real estate sales
• Experience in a senior sales leadership or team lead role
• Strong track record in listings, negotiations and deal closure
• Confident managing performance across a multi-office setup
• Comfortable using Agentbox, Office365 and Trello
