Want to run your own show managing a portfolio of 90 Residential Properties based in St Leonards on the Lower North Shore? Fancy the option to work from home 2 days per week? This could be the perfect job to settle you into 2022!
Our client is a renowned Property Group that specialises in Commercial Property, with an incredibly loyal clientele they have built a sound portfolio of residential properties on behalf of their owners, and we need a Senior Property Manager who can come in and take control of this perfectly maintained Sydney based portfolio.
Working in the offices surrounded by a team that believes in providing the best client service around you will become a part of this youthful, fun, and hugely successful team! With a focus on really looking after both clients and tenants we are looking for a Senior Property Manager who can self-manage, oversee a Property Officer, and get the job done well.
The role:
All aspects of the management of these 90 properties as well as overseeing a Property Officer / Leasing Consultant.

The role:
All aspects of the management of these 90 properties as well as overseeing a Property Officer / Leasing Consultant.
- Outgoing and periodic inspections
- Oversee repairs and maintenance
- Landlord Communication
- Rental renewals and reviews
- Arrears
- Insurance claims and tribunals
- End of month payment runs
- Manage and guide Property Officer
- Using systems such as PropertyMe & Inspection Manager
- Work with internal agents to secure new managements
- Will have at least 3 years Property Manager exp
- Wants to work autonomously reporting into Director
- Has a can-do attitude with strong multitasking skills
- Has solid attention to detail and good knowledge of the Act
- Exemplary customer service skills and great energy
- The ability to work closely within a small team
- Flexibility to work from home 2 days per week
