This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step away from the traditional agency model and manage a private residential portfolio.
Working directly for a private family office, you’ll oversee a collection of high-quality Eastern Suburbs homes, acting as the landlord and managing both short- and long-term tenancies.
Instead of juggling hundreds of landlords and high-volume portfolios, you’ll focus on one private portfolio, ensuring properties are professionally managed, systems run smoothly, and homes are maintained to a high standard.
The role:
You’ll manage a private portfolio of approximately 70 residential properties, with full responsibility for leasing, tenants, and day-to-day operations.

The role:

Key responsibilities
- Act as landlord across a private residential portfolio
- Manage leasing, inspections, and tenant onboarding
- Oversee short- and long-term rentals end-to-end
- Liaise with and manage external short-term rental agents
- Coordinate maintenance, strata matters, and property operations
- Minimum 4 years’ residential property management experience
- NSW Class 2 Licence (minimum)
- Confident managing tenant relationships and property operations
- Experience with PropertyTree or PropertyMe
- Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail
- Work directly for a private family office with a long-term investment mindset
- Manage one landlord portfolio, not multiple competing clients
