You’ll take ownership of landlord relationships across a well managed portfolio, supported by leasing and administration to keep your days structured and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all landlord communication
- Managing rent reviews, increases, outgoings and insurance claims
- Oversight of portfolio performance and legislative compliance
- Supporting and guiding the Property Officer and Leasing Consultant
- Maintaining high service standards across the portfolio
- Proven Senior Property Management experience in NSW
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, professional approach to landlord relationships
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow?through
- Experience with PropertyTree (or similar property systems)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm only
- Well maintained residential portfolio
- Leasing and admin support to assist day to day day workload
- PropertyTree and Inspection Express with camera
- Monthly training with an industry leading trainer
- New managements paid at one week letting fee (self generated)
- One day work from home
- Onsite parking provided
- Lunch provided every Friday
- Very social, inclusive team with dinners, outings & annual awards night
