We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio across the Upper and Lower North Shore. Your Day-to-Day:

• Managing a medium size well maintained portfolio 
• Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance
• Collaborating with a supportive, high-performing team

About You:

• Proven Property Management experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive, customer-first approach
