Settlements Coordinator

Do you have experience coordinating property settlements or apartment handovers? We're looking for an organised, customer-focused professional to join this Client Care team with stand out Tier 2 Property Developer, ensuring purchasers enjoy a seamless journey from pre-settlement inspection through to collecting the keys to their new home.

The Role:

Working across completed residential developments, you'll coordinate the settlement process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting pre-settlement inspections with purchasers.
• Coordinating apartment handovers and key collections.
• Arranging valuer access prior to settlement.
• Booking appointments and liaising with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams.
• Inspecting completed apartments to ensure they are presentation and settlement ready.
• Supporting the team during busy settlement periods.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in property settlements, apartment handovers or developer client care is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
