Join a recognised Tier2 residential development delivering over 1,000 apartments across a multi-year program.
You’ll be embedded on a high-rise site with strong senior support and clear project stages.
This is a hands-on delivery role with real exposure to complex builds and long-term continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities across structure, services, and finishes
- Manage subcontractor works, sequencing, and programme alignment
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on live construction zones
- Assist with RFIs, shop drawings, and document control workflows
- Track progress against milestones and support reporting to the project team
- Proven experience on high-rise residential builds (essential)
- Exposure to large-scale staged developments or masterplanned projects
- Working knowledge of Cheops, Procore, Aconex, or Jobpac
- Familiarity with NSW planning processes and portals
- Engineering or construction-related qualification
- Secure pipeline with a 5-year development program already underway
- Work on a project of scale rarely available in the local market
- Established site team with defined roles and strong leadership
- Systems and processes already in place—no chaos or guesswork
- Clear progression as stages advance and new towers commence
