KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily site operations on a high-rise tower project
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams
- Drive program, safety, and quality outcomes
- Manage sequencing and resolve on-site challenges
- Use systems including Procore, Jobpac, Comnia and Microsoft tools
- 5+ years running high rise tower sites in Sydney
- High-rise residential or commercial experience essential
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Experience delivering projects circa $50M+
- Strong safety and compliance track record
- Salary package up to $280,000
- Every second Saturday off
- $80M flagship project
- Strong pipeline of future work
- Structured systems and support
- Work closely with MD of this construction group
- Large pipeline of work over the next 10 years
