Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day site operations across a high-rise residential build
- Coordinate subcontractors and sequence trades to maintain programme flow
- Oversee site safety, compliance, and inspection processes
- Monitor construction progress and address on-site challenges promptly
- Maintain build quality across all stages through to completion
- Trade background with proven experience on multi-residential builds
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and approvals processes
- Background delivering high-rise or large-scale apartment projects
- Confident interpreting detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage subcontractor performance
- Work alongside an established Construction Manager who’s deeply involved in project delivery
- Step into a live, structured project with clear timelines and defined milestones
