An established and respected development group based in the Bexley area with a focus on residential apartment towers and greenfield projects right across Sydney. This role is for an experienced Acquisitions Manager that will have a strategic residential focus, targeting specific properties and land owners to encourage them to amalgamate with neighbouring properties and sell to the developer for future residential apartment development. You will also be involved in:
- Preparing feasibility studies for apartment & greenfield sites
- Competitor research on settled sales to get pricing & finish details
- Door knocking, cold calling and writing to property owners to get them to sell
- Assisting the Senior Acquisitions Manager with ad hoc tasks
- Help with DA process & other due diligence as required
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a proven background of successfully acquiring residential development sites through your own prospecting efforts and not solely through external agents for a minimum 2 years. You will of course also have a background in producing feasibility reports and ideally be coming with relevant degree qualifications.
